Nordic walk @ Marsden National Trust
Walking with poles! Using specially designed walking poles, Nordic walking is a full body exercise that’s easy on the joints and suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You can book your Nordic Poles in advance or if you have your own feel free to bring them along.
Further Information and how to book:
When: Every Monday at 10.30am for approx. 1 and ½ hours.
Where: The National Trust Office, The Old Goods Yard, Station Road, Marsden, HD7 6DH
How much: £1 fee hire for a set of poles. Booking of poles required.

When: Every Tuesday at 10am for approx. 1 and ½ hours.
Meet at 9.30am if you have never Nordic walked before otherwise the walk will set off at 10am.
Where: Holmfirth Sands Recreation Ground (outside the pool), Huddersfield Road, Holmfirth, HD9 3JL
How much: £1 fee hire for a set of poles. Advance booking required.
